At Suchi Katha, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for customized, altered, or sale/discounted items.


2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Blouse pieces (if cut from fabric roll).

  • Items purchased during clearance sales.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.


3. Process for Returns/Exchanges
  1. Contact our support team via email/phone within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us at your own cost 📦 (unless the error is ours).

  4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or issue store credit/refund as applicable.


4. Refunds
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
